Linde to highlight its growing capabilities in support of expanded use of LNG for oil and gas drilling

Linde North America, today announced that Earl Lawson, head of Energy Solutions, will discuss the company’s expanding capabilities to support the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for oil and gas drilling at the World LNG Fuels 2013 Conference. Lawson will show how Linde is leveraging its well-established expertise in cryogenic gases and expanding infrastructure to support the use of LNG for oil and gas operations.

The use of LNG as an economical, clean-burning fuel for oil and gas drilling is increasing. In his presentation, Lawson highlights how Linde is leveraging its infrastructure and long heritage in cryogenic gases supply and engineering to support the use of LNG in the oil and gas industry. For example, he shows how Linde is using its national footprint to drive down start-up costs and leverage a transport system that already schedules 1000 deliveries per day. Lawson notes that Linde is also investing in new purpose-built LNG infrastructure to ensure the continued reliability, customer focus and favorable economics that have long characterized its services.
